It is the release of the word-map that God has given us. It paints the picture and points to the intent and destination we are heading toward. We keep speaking it, and it becomes rooted in our hearts and minds. We become what we say.
The Bible says to write the vision and make it plain so that all that read it can also run with it. Our vision has an appointed time, it describes the end and it shall be fulfilled [Habakkuk 2:2-3, paraphrased].
This is who we are. This is what we do. This is our time!
